WHERE ATHERIA BEGAN

ATHERIA was created with a simple idea: performance apparel should not force you to choose between functionality and style.

Growing up around sport and training, we saw a gap between traditional athletic clothing and the increasingly demanding needs of modern athletes. Many performance garments focused heavily on function while sacrificing aesthetics, comfort, or versatility.

We wanted to approach performance apparel differently.

ATHERIA was founded in Kuwait with the ambition of creating a premium sportswear brand that combines technical performance, refined design, and material innovation.

At the foundation of ATHERIA is our focus on advanced fabric composition.

Our performance garments are developed around Merino wool and Lycra® fibers, combining the natural characteristics of Merino with the flexibility and stretch performance required for athletic movement.

Merino wool is naturally breathable and well known for its ability to help manage moisture and temperature. Its fine fibers provide a soft feel against the skin while helping create a comfortable microclimate during activity.

Lycra® fibers provide exceptional stretch and recovery, allowing the garment to move with the body while helping maintain its shape through repeated movement and wear.
